Just curious here. Made a starter Monday evening. Was hoping to brew Wednesday. Couldn't brew until today (Saturday). Stuck the starter in the fridge Tuesday night. Took it out of the fridge last night. My yeast should still be good to go right? Hope to pitch in about 1-1.5 hours from now. Thanks. Probably a common question.

It should be fine, I would have taken it out of the fridge this morning, plenty of time for it to warm up. Last night should pose no problem though.

I pulled out a saved jar of US-05 cake this morning. 2 weeks in the fridge. 4 weeks since brewday. It is going my Yankee IPA as soon as it is cooled to pitching temps.

Right on. Thanks for the quick reply. I won't worry about it then. I'm using some wlp001 for a cream ale. Cheers!
