Start-up Kit

I am just starting and wondering what start-up kit I should get. the main one that I am looking at is a MoreBeer start-up kit? the one thing is that the primary fermentor has a spigot and I do not know if it is better to have a Siphon? And should I also get a secondary fermentor?

Spigots are nice, but you have to make sure you get it clean and sanitary. That's not hard to do, but you just have to do it.

There are some folks out there that say you don't need a secondary. I'm not one of them.
