This is the first time I have repitched slurry... I have washed yeast before, but never just collected straight slurry to reuse. I brewed 5 gallons of stout which started at 1.068. I pitched about 300ml of Pacman slurry which I had used for a stout about a month ago. I had airlock activity in about 90 minutes... I know long lag times are bad, but is too short a lag time something I should be worried about?

No that should be fine. 300ml sounds like an overpitch, though, did you use a calculator?

Yes, but I wasn't sure what to set the "slurry thickness" and "non-yeast percentage" at (Mr Malty)... so I guessed a slight over pitch was better than under pitching.

Pacman is really aggressive so maybe that contributed. And maybe the fresh slurry still had some ferm activity going before pitching.

Gentle starts are good. Most off flavors are produced early in fermentation so I like to chill wort a bit below target temp and let it get an easy start.
