Starsan

Just wondering if I can use starsan to sanitize my wine equipement? I'm using sulphite right now for wine and starsan for beer, just tired of the sulphite fumes. So will using starsan and not rinsing affect my wine?

When I first started brewing, I was a winemaker so I always used either one-step or sulfites for sanitizing. When I discovered star-san, I was a convert. I now use star-san for everything! I haven't noticed any difference in my finished wines, or any of the wines that are bulk aging. I've been very happy with using star-san in all of the wine making equipment.
