I saw a good price on a ss 45' wort chiller built for a keggle. The thickness is less than copper, so would this make up for reduced conductivity? Anyone using stainless?

A thinner wall would be better. Its less mass to retain heat.

I still doubt it would make up for the reduced conductivity. Copper is MUCH more conductive that SS.
