Good evening all,

I'm from Kalamazoo MI and here St. Julian is our local winery. They make this fabulous port called Cathman's named after someone famous in their own right.

Anyway, it's sweet, 18%, has hints of raspberry, and is probably good for icefishing because it goes down like a brandy.

Does anyone know about this port? Has anyone tried making it? If so, I'd love to know a receipe so I could try.

Thanks,
