SS Brewing Company out of business?

I see stainless brewing is a member on this forum. I recently ordered an item from them and they charged my account but nothing for communication on shipment or response to my attempted communications with them.

Anyone know if they are still in business? Ive run into this a long time ago and know if i need to file a claim, the sooner the better. Just wanted to see if anyone was in the know before i file a claim, or if i should wait.

How long ago did you order your item? I have not ordered from them before but have with a few others in the past that are so busy that it takes a while for the stuff to ship out and communication also suffers. Some companies have exceptional communication like Wilser Bags, More Beer and Spike Brewing

Haven’t heard they closed. I’ve ordered from them in the past and communications and shipping were slow but the product was/is excellent. I’d wait it out

Edit: I just remembered getting a sale discount email from them last month.

I just ordered some items yesterday and received confirmation that my order had been received. That may be an automated response, but I'm not worried. These guys have done a great job and their customer service is second to none.
