When I lived in Phoenix, Spring called for light and thirst quenching. When in Boston, Spring was all about the rye IPA and ambers.

Ah, very Boston-like. I'd say something lighter than the winter's stouts and browns, but still able to hold up to the blustery weather. Strong bitter, American amber, Belgian Pale, something rye.
