Does anyone know how much sponge candy you can add yo a stout recipe, just looking for somewhere to start

I did some research and they say they use the leftover sponge from watsons

Look for a stout that uses brown sugar, since that seems to be the primary ingredient in sponge candy. I would think that a pound seems to be reasonable...

C’mon, let’s build and brew this sucker! I’m going to reach out to Resurgence to see if they can answer a few questions that I have:

-I know that you use leftover sponge candy from Watsons. Can you confirm that you only use the sponge filling, not the chocolate from the shell?
-Can you confirm that you add the sponge post-fermentation is complete (e.g. in the secondary; no boil addition)?

If they only use the sponge, this can be DIYed:

Worked at resurgence, pretty sure they use Heath bars. I’m just calculating for the added sugar by weight, it’s only sugar and corn syrup
