Spike Mill seized up on me

Anyone run into issues with the Spike Mill yet? I was running about 60lbs of Oat Malt through it. It made it through about 15 lbs and all of the sudden, it sounded terrible and the rollers actually stopped dead in their tracks. Dumped it all out and the rollers spin when it's turned on, but the motor definitely sounds "strained" while running. As soon as I feed a little grain in there, the rollers grab it and stop instantly. I'm guessing with all that oat malt, the husks or some grain particulate made it somewhere it shouldn't have gotten but haven't gotten time to rip it apart yet. Was wondering if anyone had any input as far as where to look?

I have an SS brewtech mill, similar set up. I've been running it for a couple of years now, 15 gal batches, so like 30 to 60lb of grain per brewday depending on style.. so far no problem... however, I use my air compressor with a blow gun to blow everything out that I can between batches.. sometimes I'll skip a batch or 2.. I've only adjusted the drive belt once and I'm not sure how easy it is to tear down.. maybe try to blow it out if you can.. maybe even with the mill running.. but what I do is flip the mill upside down so it's standing on the hopper and blow everything out from the bottom.

That's what I did. Waiting on them, but figured I'd see if anyone had some insight here at the same time.
