Spike flex racking arm issue?

I just got the spike flex and I’m assembling it. Does the racking arm just slide in and out like the video I posted or am I doing something wrong? I would think it would lock in somehow. Thanks.

That's how mine is. I just got it and put it together, and I thought the same thing. Shouldn't there be rubber washers or something? I haven't use it yet, so I'm hoping someone who has already used theirs chimes in.

There should definitely be an o-ring installed to secure the racking arm. You'll see an o-ring groove machined on the inside. The o-ring could have fallen out or slipped through QC without one. Either way shoot our customer support team a message and they will get you fixed up!
