Anyone know how much spice is in the spice pack in the 5 gallon brewers best summer ale kit? The LHBS didn't have the kit bit they did have bitter orange peel and lemon peel which i think is what is in the spice pack. Anyway, I have an ounce of each but I'm thinking it might be too much. Anybody know or have a suggested amount to use?
 
i just did a batch but used grapefruit peel instead of the lemon/orange. hopefully it tastes good
