I started with 1.050 and I get 1.020 at the end. So I think my beer is 3 %? But I look in the home brew magazines and there numbers dont work so simple. What am I missing? Temperature?
I fermented at room temp. 68 ish. 50 - 20 = 30 or 3 % right?
