Special Roast Malt (canadian supplier)?

My LHBS doesn't carry Special Roast Malt.

I was going to purchase some from Austin Home brew however for 2lbs it was going to cost me $30 UPS shipping. And likely a duty fee on top of that.

Does anyone know of a Canadian supplier of SRM?

I check the site. That company is located in New York state and they do not ship to Canada (well my province they dont). We are looking for a Canadian Supplier residing in Canada so we can avoid ridiculous Duty fees and shipping charges.
