i know this has been asked before..but any ideas? im looking for an all grain recipe of this great beer. Maybe a starting point on hops?
thanks.

Their website says 3 varieties with 3 additions including dry hops. 6.5% ABV, Pale and Munich malts. You could certainly try emailing the brewer to see if he will spill the varieties. My favorite combo is Amarillo/Simcoe/Columbus, but pretty much any combination of those three Cascade/Centennial/Chinook/ Ahtanum/Citra/Glacier can make a good IPA.

Here is a post (http://www.themadfermentationist.com/2010/02/big-ipa-recipe-1-lb-of-hops.html ) with the recipe for my favorite batch of IPA/DIPA, at the bottom is a listing of hop combinations in some of my favorite commercial beers, might be worth looking through if you can’t get a response from Speakeasy.
