I have done some searching on this topic both here and elsewhere and I have not found much. I used Sparkolloid to clarify a couple of wines. As an example, I will use the Kiwi wine. I followed the directions that came with the product to add the Sparkolloid. I let it sit for a week, then I racked it off the sediment. I then let it condition for a month. It still had what looked to me like Sparkolloid sediment. So, I went ahead and filtered it (with a Vinebrite filter system.) Then I bottled it and now a day later it has a large Sparkolloid looking sediment in the bottle. This is making me wish I had never used the Sparkolloid in the first place. I fear that I will have to uncork the wine and figure out how to clear this **** out. Any ideas or similar experiences?
