Hi all !
I made my cider by Notingham . OG 1.070 and it's going to finish .
I have some Champagne bottle and wanna make some sparkling Cider by carbonate with sugar .
I carbonated beer before but I have no experience about Cider .
Please tell me how much sugar must I add per one liter bottle ?
May I use this style for red wine too ?
Any other concern ?

Would use an online calculator to help you. Just bulk prime the whole batch and then bottle. That way they are all even.

Thanks dude but I can't found any about sparkling ,,,
Just wanna know how much sugar for one bottle is enough .

2 teaspoons of sugar will give you sparkling cider or beer in a 1L bottle. Champagne bottles can handle more pressure, but that's a good baseline to start from, I'd think.
