Is it a problem that I have a little space left in my carboy? Will my beer begin to oxidize?

No, try not to shake it or rattle it around. The beer will still be off-gassing CO2 so you should be fine.

Umm...this is not enough information to truly answer your question. Is this in the primary...if so you'll be fine. In the secondary you really want to minimize headspace, but even then, its not a big deal because a dense cloud of C02 will always be covering your precious nectar even after racking.
