Hello everyone, I'm the GTA's newest well at least I hope to be, I've just taken the first step by ordering the book how to brew. Zero experience brewing, I'm not even a good cook. I'm looking forward to getting lots of advice and guidance on my way to the perfect brew. Cheers all.

Hey dookie, welcome from Toronto! Just 6 months ago I had no idea how to homebrew, am an average cook also, and also bought How To Brew. Let me tell you it is a BIBLE, and I'm now brewing with confidence and my friends are asking me for my beer! Be sure to ask questions on the beginners' forum too as you'll get some great responses.

Have you checked out Toronto Brewing near Downsview Park? Great LHBS, I get all my stuff from there.
