I purchased the above kit in April. went by directions and gravity numbers all came out good. racked to a clean bucket sitting in the cold 30 degree garage for 3 4 months. bottling it has a sour taste to it.. ive dont kits before and not had this... not sure what I did wrong or how to fix it?
