Well did my first ag a week ago. Its the fizzy yellow beer recipe on hbt. Well had several issues durin brewing which is in another forum but my question is that I transfered to secondary today onto gelatin as my bmc friends like clear beer. Well the beer smelled horribly sour and when I tasted it tasted literally like stomache bile when u vomit. It was crystal clear and no visable signs of infection. My question is do u think this flavor is from it only being 1 week fermenting or from bacteria? Og was .042 my og today was .005 thanks

Didnt taste any vinegar but also didnt keep it in mouth long enough to tell. If it still tastes smells like that come bottling day might decide then what to do
