Hi - I'm looking to make a pale ale this weekend and wanted to the following combination:
Sorachi Ace - 29 IBU at 20 min
Sorachi Ace - 6 IBU at 5 min
Galaxy:Nelson Sauvin - 2:1 ratio at flameout
Has anyone used this combo before? I'll be fermenting with Wyeast 1318, but no dry hop.
