So I just got finished with my new chamber and it works very well, so well I forgot to check it last night. I brewed a new ipa on Sunday and the ice level was still good when I checked it yesterday afternoon (around noon or so).

Temp was good, around 62 degrees ambient last time I looked. When I went to get ready for work this morning though the temp was up at 73 due to the gallon jugs being just water.

I switched out new frozen jugs right away and the temp should go back down throughout the day but should I be concerned and will the yeast go dormant with the temperature swinging up and then back down again?
