so.... i blew my knee out monday. im having it scoped today. its really kind of a wierd story, but basically we were out by lincoln ne doing our water survival refresher training, and as i was climbing into the raft *POP**POP*. thats all she wrote. ill be at home for the next 2.5 weeks recovering, then on crutches for 6 weeks. those estimates are only assuming its not badly damaged. the doc says he thinks i tore the maniscus in my knee pretty badly. this sucks. i havent eaten or drank anything since yesterday. ill be back later high as hell on pain meds, so ill try to post then too.

No telling if its your meniscus, MCL, or ACL, without a scope. Whichever one it is, sorry to say, That POP sound is usually a clear indicator of a complete tear. Good luck with a speedy recovery.

so i was under the knife for a little over four hours. the doc told my wife that the maniscus was in bad shape and he had to remove quite a bit and suture a few minor tears. right now im mostly high as hell of perkiset. my knee hurts more now than it did before the surgery.
