I felt so dumb last night, but the beer is bubbling away this morning

heh "Un-Santized Ale" its filthy good. RDWHAHB Nothin you can do about it now right? besides this isnt your first rodeo, im sure as habit you at least rinsed the primary and put a lid, bung on it after the last time you used it right?

If you want the primaries kept ready to go, I pickle mine when they are not being used in 1 oz bleach to 5 gallons water, then 1 oz vinegar after the bleach is dilluted. Keep it covered until you are ready to go. On brew day dump it out and fill wil wort!
