Ok so i brewed my IPA (true brew which isn't a true IPA but more of a brown ale) for 1 week in primary, 2 weeks in secondary and 1 week in bottles. So i am very inpatient and i drank 12 of them with a friend warm and they where good nice carbonation, head, etc. so i put the rest in the fridge for 2 days and they pour nice, have a brown color, a nice blonde head that last, but for some reason when they are cold they have no carbonation mouth feel to them but the warm ones are almost champagne like in the carbonation in mouth feel.
What could the reasoning be for this seeing how all the beers are from the same batch?
Could it be i but them in to cold of a fridge?
