I recently brewed a MO + Amarillo + Notty SMaSH. It had the strangest (and quite awful) vegetable aroma for about 2 weeks, but that has disappeared and it has turned into quite a tasty brew.
Looking for some other good combos. MO + Centennial, MO + EKG... What have you had good experiences with?
