Soda water is merely carbonated water. If you boil carbonated water the co2 comes out.
So it's pointless.

On top of that, "Club Soda" often has salt added and/or sodium bicarbonate, potassium bicarbonate, potassium sulfate, or disodium phosphate.
Pure "seltzer water" is just carbonated water, but you have to read the label to be sure.
But as the man says, no point in brewing with it anyway......
