I have a 10-gallon batch of ESB mashing in the garage. Hoping for a smooth brew day.
Well More beer was out of the base malt that I brew with so I subbed in a belgian 2 row. I will make the blonde as normal, I am interested in any difference I can taste but I doubt My poor palate can tell a difference. So it will be a presidents day belgian blonde hybrid. I think the name is too long. lol![]()
