Hoping to brew some sort of stout, leaning towards a chocolate stout, Saturday. I am very excited out the maiden voyage of my new Cereal Killer Mill.

My house "Little jack horner" helles...Now that I have a second chest freezer, I can make kegs and kegs of this IMO, very good beer.....

I just finished an imperial stout, hit an og of 1.090. I also used the left over runnings to make a starter for some wlp099 in case I feel the need for a second pitch. Considering I only hit 1.090 I don't think I will bother. Supposed to be 60 overnight so I left it outside and will bring it inside tomorrow, I hope this isn't too low for the WLP007.

Thinking about a " Frankenstorm " brew for Monday. I have off and it's supposed to be super ****ty.....humm....Have to figure out a good one.

Going to be doing a rebrew of an Oktoberfest I made that just took first place in its catagory in this years Sons of Brewzilla event. Can't wait!

Just mashed in on a Bell's Two Hearted clone. Arrogant Bastard clone is up after that, maybe today, most likely tomorrow. I have been waiting to make these two beers for a long time, this is the weekend

As an all-electric brewer living in Central Pennsylvania, I figure I'd better get brewing before the big storm threatens my power supply! So, I'm brewing up a 10 gallon batch of Belgian Dark Strong Ale.

just finished cleaning up. Did a 5 gal Pliny clone. 1.082 OG, but really wanted 5.25 gal. It tasted pretty sweet and bitter at the same time :)

Hey AllenH... is that a Road Glide Custom I see in your avatar?! I ride a 2012 black RGC myself. Gotta love our fuglies!

2003 Road Glide 100th Anniversary, I bought it when nobody liked them, now 3 of my friends have them. IMO best riding/handling tourer that HD makes.

2 of them made fun of me for getting "the ugliest bike HD makes".

Just finished up a Maris Otter Galena SMaSH. Parked my a$$ in the recliner to catch a bit of College Football before heading to town for lunch and a beer.

I went through the same experience with my friends. I was riding a 2012 Street Glide (totaled it in a man versus deer incident) and got the Roadie. It is far and away the best ride I've ever had.

Working on a Molasses, Cinnamon, Orange Peel Porter right now, ready just in time for December.. Not a huge 'Christmas Beer' guy, but figured I'd give this one a try.. Might even throw a vanilla bean in there just for good measure, becuase you know, 3 'spices' ins't enough, there probably should be 4...

That's a lot of headlights, I love it.
A friend of a friend is the manager of New Smyrna Harley, he said that he has never traded in a Road Glide on anything other than another Road Glide since the late 80's. maybe he was trying to make me feel good, I did not buy my 'Glide from him though.

He wasn't lying....same here.

I just brewed 6 gallons of Spiced Jack'O'Lantern Porter and sparged out an extra 2 gallons (3rd runnings) that I used to make a 1 gallon PM batch of what I'm calling Brown Pumpkin Espresso...

Not brewing but did just keg my apfelwein that I made the first week of July. Came in at 9.5%, and has a great apple flavor from aging. I did use Cider Yeast instead of wine yeast, since I think it leaves a little more apple flavor.

I will be brewing an adjunct APA. American Hop-bursted Ale with about 25% Rice to thin it out. It is close to becoming a standard recipe for me. Smooth hoppiness, noticeably fruity maltiness that shines through, around 20 IBU's, and very easy drinking. Sort of a cross between a pale ale and a lawnmower beer.

Just pitched my first BIAB all-grain batch - a Russian Imperial Stout (5 gal.) My efficiency sucked (55.5%) and I missed the OG by .012 but I am still hopeful it will turn out okay. Best thing is I think I've identified my problem steps so I can correct for the next go-around.

Brewing today after I get out of work early because of Sandy! Bottlign my IIPA then brewing up my chocolate wheat stout.... as long as I still have power.... :fro:

I might be. If I still have power tomorrow, I'll brew a Cal Common and Mild while I'm not working. If I lose power, I'll hopefully do them over the weekend (assuming I have power restored). Hell, if I can brew them both tomorrow, I might brew a Robust Porter over the weekend. We'll see what happens with the storm.

Brewing a nut brown ale this Friday from the recipe section from the website. It is my wife's favorite and have to keep the pipeline going
