two brews are going to be an ipa and a porter...............do either of these need to ferment longer or age longer? I'm just trying to schedule out the beginning of the year and do not want a surprise

thanks for your help in advance

For Christmas I brewed an IPA and a Porter. Each one was 15 days in the primary fermenter and two weeks in the bottle. The two beers were partial mashes and both beers came out great.

I usually let my porters sit in the corner for a month before I think about them again, but it's all about personal preference.
