He's moving across the country, so, his spare grain went into my freezer.

Also some belgian chocolate.

I think i have a couple pounds of american 2-row in the freezer already, and probably various small quantities of other crystal, etc.

What would you brew?
 
Id probably not use it all in one recipe and instead use 1/2 lb at a time, or less, for color adjustments in different beers.
 
Obviously the 2-row/Crystal mix is going to give you color but little added flavor. You can make just about anything if you formulate it to keep the color where you want it by cutting it with plain 2-row. I'd say bitter, IPA/EPA, porter, stout...up to you, really.
