Once you pass three faucets you've left simple columns behind and you're into t-towers and arms...

You never "pour", you either siphon as quietly as possible or use CO2 to push.
And aside from sanitation the most important thing is oxygen-avoidance.
Purging the keg of air will help avoid oxidation which can be otherwise wreak havoc.
And filling the keg through the long (beer) dip tube is a good practice...

Siphon...Do it with a long Tube at the Bottom of the Keg and let it fill from the Bottom of a Keg..Got any good links or tips on how to do the things you listed?
