I have been thinking about this for a while, putting a diffusion stone in a keg and using that keg to oxygenate my beer. then post fermentation using it as a bright tank. I'm thinking I will transfer to the tank and crash cool once fermentation is complete. After that I will force carbonate with co2.
Do you see any problems with this idea?
