Hope my beer makes it in time :)

<-----------Europe rocks, have fun.

What kind of wine business do you own? Never knew that.

We call it the Wine Guild of Charlottesville. It's a buying and tasting club/community. Yearly fee gets you a huge markdown from retail on any wine available in the state, we do distributor tastings once a week, and dinners, and e-mail offers. Depending on the level of membership, you've usually saved enough $$ by the time you buy 2 or 3 cases to cover your membership fee.

Hey, btw, your package should have been delivered already according to the tracking info. Enjoy!

Our neighbor is taking care of our dogs while we're gone, so even if the beers don't get here in time, he'll put them inside for me.

Yeah, I just checked the info too, awesome!

I'm shipping this afternoon, but cool about the neighbors, I won't be too worried now.

Try to cram some French language learning in if you don't already know some. They hate speaking English to the point that they'll pretend they don't know how.

Enjoy the trip. European trains are more on time than they are here. In Germany when I was there if the train schedule said the train departs at 10:08 it will. I'll be in Germany on the 24th for 4 days then on to Paris. I'm originally from Wytheville VA. When I left they thought good wine was TJ Swan.

Sounds like a great time! Enjoy.

If you go there, ask them where the Knute Rockne wing is. That always kills.

Use my sure-fire tips for travel to France:

*Go to an expensive, snooty restaurant, order the chef's specialty and ask for some ketchup with your meal. They love that.
*When you speak English, repeat everything you say very loudly and very slowly. That always helps ingratiate yourself to the local détaillants.
*Finally, use this phrase every chance you get: "We don't do it that way back in America."

Go on... order some "Freedom Toast" for breakfast, and "Freedon Fries" everywhere you go... Insist on Budweiser and maybe some "White Zinfandel" with your meal....better yet, ask them if they have any Boon's Farm or Mogen David wine on their list.
