I have been slowly gathering items for my switch so far I have gotten a keg shell to make a keegle for free as well as metal tubing that I have made a brew stand with.

Originally I was going to buy a Blichmann or an Edelmetall. Then I started doing some thinking and came to the conclusion that I do not need a stand , just the burner. I found the burners linked below. I have a natural gas line on my patio from an old built in grill. I am thinking about outfitting it with a quick disconnect and going natural gas vs propane due to the hassle of exchanging tanks. Any thoughts or concerns on this idea?

Here are the burners that I am looking at
I have seen where these have been converted to work n natural gas.
Banjo Burner

32 tip Natural Gas Burner

As soon as I get the whole rig finished , I will post pictures.

I think it might be easier to just use the natural gas jet burner. And let's be honest, they are just more badass.

If the guys with the 20-something tip jets are removing jets/plugging holes in the manifold, a 32-tip jet must be something awesome to behold...but maybe wicked pissah overkill unless you're brewing double barrel batches?

Cheers!

I wasn't sure if the 23 tip unit would be sufficient. I will look into it, Thanks you guys.
