For Sale Mostly complete 10gal setup for sale (Philadelphia suburbs)

Selling a bunch of old equipment. Don't really drink anymore, and it has all been sitting either in my basement or garage for a few years and needs a thorough cleaning. Over $2000 worth of stuff new.

Homemade stand w/2 Banjo burners and propane regulator (working) and one mounted pump w/quick disconnects. Stand has some rust but I leak checked the gas lines and the burners on the stand work fine. The pump turns on but doesn't pump. It could be a simple fix but it might need to be replaced. Does not include propane tank.

2x 15 gal HomeBrewStuff SS kettles with lids, thermometers, quick disconnects and sight glass
1x 10gal rubbermaid mash tun w/false bottom and quick disconnect
1x grain mill
1x counterflow chiller
1x basic copper immersion chiller (for pre-chilling counterflow water)
2x ball lock corny kegs
1x 4-way draft manifold
2x standard beer faucet w/shanks
1x dual CO2 regulator
1x blichmann beer gun
2x big mouth bubbler fermenters (one standard, one with faucet)
1x Ranco PID controller for kegerator

Bunch of misc tubing, disconnects, a strainer, paddles, hydrometers, etc

Looking to get rid of the lot, don't really want to sell it piecemeal. Asking $400 OBO
