I have some grains and hops that I need to use soon, some have been in freezer 6 months so I am going to do a SMaSh this week.

11 lb Maris Otter
Mash at 150F 60 min
1oz Simcoe 60 min
1oz Simcoe 30 min
1oz Simcoe 15 min
1oz Simcoe 5 min'
1/2 oz Simcoe flameout
yeast liquid WLP001

My other option on hops is 3 oz New Zealand Motueka which I have never used. Other yeast option would be US-05
Any advice on this recipe is most welcomed.

That looks just like my house IPA recipe. Only difference is that I use Warrior for the bittering addition, and I add a 10 min addition. All in all looks like a winner to me!
