So I made a smash
(just 1 gallon) . I wanted to see what sort if flavour I could produce with nice simple ingredients. It went completely nuts on day 1 of fermentation and has slowed right down but is bubbling fine. Just wondering what people think of my measurements? (on the best part I just made educated but not really that educated guesses) and if anyone has made anything like it and the results they had. If it all goes wrong at least I will learn something!
