Small plumbing challenge: peristaltic pump for controlled fly-sparging

Maiden voyage: the pump is moving my wort (based on Clone Brews recipe for Bert Grant's Perfect Porter) from mashtun to kettle. Nice and slow. A bit of a small-motor whine. Uses the same 24VDC power supply as the motor I added to my mill. Thanks, y'all, for your responses on my little project, and to @Bobby_M for counsel and parts.

@sibelman How'd it go? did you hit your numbers as expected?
The little pump has performed just as expected. With the auto-sparge in the mashtun, my slow fly sparge is fully automated except for shutting it off at the desired pre-boil volume. Setup and cleanup are minimal.

I'm not sure "hitting numbers" is related, unless it's a reference to desired sparge speed.

Your desired pre-boil SG, efficiency

Your desired pre-boil SG, efficiency
Though others claim slow lauter improves efficiency, I cannot confirm or deny that. My measured efficiency varies, and has not seemed to climb as a result of using the peristaltic pump

My previous ball valve regulation of speed was apparently just fine for efficiency, but was annoying when grain bits stuck and slowed the flow because the valve was barely open. The pump guarantees a constant slow rate and there's been no clogging.
