hey there all. i'm working on a low calorie beer, 5 gallons extract and partial mash. my question for you guys is how does the small amount of fermentable sugars changer fermentation times / amount of yeast to pitch?
i'm thinking of aiming for 1.020 OG and using East Coast Ale liquid yeast.
