Small Batch Fermenter?

I used a 6 qt pressure cooker for fermenting a small batch before. They are available in larger sizes, but get kinda spendy. Sterilization is cake.
 
If you are going to bottle the batch, the mr beer fermenters are great. They were on sale for $10 for the longest time.

Once fermentation is done, cold crash in any fridge, then attach a bottling wand and use carb drops. So easy.

I’ve been doing Belgian style beers that I bottle this way for a couple years and it works great.
