Smack Pack, to energize/nutrient mix or not?

First time using WYeast Smack Pack . It's a couple days over the 6-month mark. Should I use a yeast energizer & nutrient mix or not. I'm making a Grand Cru with 2 lbs of honey and WYeast 3944 Belgian Wit. Thoughts?

If you have the nutrient, sure, throw it in when you make your starter! I usually put in just a pinch (maybe 1/8 teaspoon)

Absolutely make a starter, I would start with a 1L and step up to a 2L. If you have the nutrient use it in both steps.
