Hi there,

I'm new at this so cheat with me please. I started making a strawberry wine (from fresh fruit) . For 7 days in the primary it fermented welland just before it put it into a glass secondary it cleared quite a bit. It has now been In the secondary for about 3 days and is producing 1 bubble every 30 to 45 seconds. Is this okay?

3lbs strawbberries
2.2lbs sugar
1tspn citric acid
1tspn yeast nutrient
Top up to 1 gallon with water
Left for 24 hours
Yeast added
