Hello everyone, I made a sloe wine from berries on 12th December 14. It had cleared beautifully by a few weeks ago so I decided it was time for bottling. So I racked, added a campden tab and potassium sorbate and expected to bottle a few days later.

It went cloudy ish (I assumed this was the bubbles of gas from the chemicals I'd added) but has been this way for weeks now so I'm a little concerned. Can anyone shed any clarity on this?
(Pun intended)

Many thanks, Dan

By the way, I had tested the wine prior to adding the chemicals and it was lovely, only a slight bitterness from the sloes remained.
