I kegged a beer tonight. I Hoke's up gas at 30 psi and checked for leaks. I have a little air coming out of the out side of keg. I played with the silver poppet and it slowed down. Any ideas? Keg lube it?

The "out" post should be leaking beer, not gas. If the poppet is fully seated, keg lube can help. I've found sometimes pushing the poppet will let it "pop" into place and stop a slow leak once pressure is applied, but it sounds like you tried that.

If the Out dip tube O-ring is missing or defective, CO2 from the head space will find its way around it.

Remove the Out post, pull the dip tube, and examine the O-ring.
Or just replace it outright...

Cheers!

It was coming from the poppet. I think it is set right but I put keg lube on it just in case. Pressure was still 30 this morning
