8 lbs 8 oz White wheat malt
5 lbs Canadian 2 row
8 oz carapils
5 medium size blood oranges
Boiled 2 grams grains of paradise at 5 minutes.
Gypsum into mash at beginning. Mash at 153.
Zested oranges and added to boil at 30 minutes and at flame out.
Added the guts of the oranges at the 5 minute mark, cooled the wort with them in and strained when I transferred to fermenter.
Haven't tasted yet. still fermenting! Will update.
