I'm new to the forums, been reading some threads here and decided that this was a good place to post our plans, comments and so on are more than welcome since we might not have thought of everything / gone a bit overboard. We are now in the development phase of our small brewery upgrade, I recently joined forces with some mates who have been brewing for some time now in 20 liter tanks manually, after one of us stumbled across Electric Brewery we started brainstorming. And when you put a bunch of tech heads and engineers together the result was as follows.
Tanks: 200L
Power in : 230VAC 3~ 63A
Secondary control power: 24VDC
Control: PLC with analog / digital, IN / OUT.
Drive control - to set the flow of the circualtion pump
SSR Power Relays - For turning heating on / off
HMI Display - For managing the brewery
PT100 Elements - Temperature
Contactors - Turning pumps on / off
