Has anyone used US-04 or similar beer yeast in skeeter pee? I have a batch of Apfelwein fermented with US-04. Its been about a month and Id like to whip up a batch of skeeter pee but dont have any good wine yeast cakes available at the moment.
Im thinking I may need to back off the sugar a little bit so the yeast dont get overwhelmed.
Any thoughts?
