Been there.

A dedicated brewing space makes all the difference in the world - I highly recommend it. I just had a commercial slop sink installed in my garage and it's changed my life.

Oh I brew outside so that is my dedicated brewing space, lol. A area for my gear where I have room to spread out and work on stuff would be nice though. The lack of power is the big hindrance now as really all it would be is a bigger place to store the stuff if I moved it now.
